Chelsea Preparatory School announces sports leaders
The school recently announced its hockey and cross-country captains at an assembly and wished them well in their roles.
CHELSEA Preparatory School named its hockey and cross country leaders for the 2026 season, recognising learners who demonstrated commitment, leadership and sportsmanship on and off the field.
The appointments were announced during the school’s assembly last Wednesday as pupils gathered to celebrate the achievements of their peers.

Leading the girls’ hockey team will be captain Caitlyn Manning, supported by vice-captains Bailey Landsberg and Kelsea Dragt.
The boys’ hockey team will be captained by Christian Mackay, with James McDonald as vice-captain.
The school’s cross country teams will be led by captains Hannah Strachan and Dylan Maujean, while Dominic Liversage has been appointed vice-captain.
Chelsea Preparatory School principal Grant Maartens congratulated the newly appointed leaders and wished them success in their roles.
“The appointments recognise each learner’s dedication to their respective sports and their ability to inspire and lead their teammates throughout the 2026 season. We wish them well in these roles,” he said.
