Thank you Mike, for your donations

EDITOR - The Salvation Army, Montpelier, would like to thank Mr Mike Roperts, owner of Bluff Meats, North Coast Road, for his sincere and consistent support over the past eight years.

He has once again donated towards programmes for our Christmas parties for the children, youth, pensioners and the ‘lost and lonely’ at this time of year.

We are humbled, once again, by the fact that people really do care.

The donation of meat products go toward disadvantaged children and adults at Cato Crest Schoo, Cato Manor; Umlazi Crèche, Kwa Mashu Crèche, Shiloh Home for abused women and children, Family Care Centre, and the soup kitchen.

His willingness and dedication to help our work is commendable and in this day and time of economic crisis it is people like him that make our work easier. He has made it possible for us to provide a meal and make so many people smile this festive season.

Mr Mike Roperts also still donates polony on a weekly basis towards the Feeding Scheme for the children and families.

May God bless you and your family and your employees and business?

Mrs Viveca Harikishun
