Zaffa to rock uShaka this November

DYNAMIC and proudly KZN musical group,Zaffa, will bring music to our sunny shores this November.

Performing at Wahooz, on the uShaka promenade every Saturday (except on November 16 ) brothers, Rob and Garth Warren, together with Gareth Gale, best known for cranking out sold out tribute shows, compilation shows, rock shows and one of a kind original music shows, will be giving beach lovers a taste of their musical magic.

The band, consisting of Rob Warren is on guitar and vocals, Garth Warren is on bass and vocals and Gareth Gale plays the drums, has humble beginnings.

In 1998, Rob released his first album entitled ‘My World’ which was nominated for a FNB Music award. Older brother, Garth, played the supportive role as road manager.

Shortly afterwards, however, the brothers teamed up with a friend and formed a new project called Thirty-Three. When their bass player left for England, it was back to two and the brothers created Zaffa.

Since inception, Zaffa has collaborated with many of Durban’s top bands including the likes of Stealing

Love Jones, The Pixie Bennet Band, Catlike Thieves and Hairlip.

Catch Zaffa’s undeniable flair and passion for music every Saturday in November except on 16, when the Kickstands will step in make their own brand of musical waves.
