Pathways Nursery School took their parents and children on a trip around the world during their school fete.
The fete, held on 2 September, boasted a little something from various countries including art, food and games.
“Our fete is an event to get all our parents and children together to have fun,” said principal of the school, Jenna Griffiths.
The day was also used to go into spring with a bang.

Children dressed up to corresponding countries and got to show off their favourite country. It was one of the first warm days after winter so little ones had a chance to ditch their boots for sandals and shorts.

At the event, children were treated to African face painting and Hawaiian sand art. They also played an arctic bowling game, had a fiesta during a Mexican toss game and later sat down for an English tea party.

A trip around the world would be no trip at all if South Africa is not represented so the school made traditional vetkoek.
