Nokwanda rakes in the A’s

Nokwanda Buthelezi is one of the top 2013 matriculants from Ferrum High School. She achieved a total of 7 As, with another A mark for Maths 3.

“Today we celebrate,” said Nokwanda’s mother, gleaming with pride.

“Throughout the year I was really worried. I only had a B average for English. Luckily I was able to step it up and get the A,” said Nokwanda.

Nokwanda will be going to the University of Pretoria to study Metallurgical Engineering. She is looking forward to the challenge and the opportunity to prove herself in the academical field.

“It was a really great year. It was stressful due to time running out so fast, but I loved every minute,” she concluded.
