Police are offering a reward for information that will lead to the arrest and conviction of three armed robbery suspects.
This was after a liquor store was robbed on Thursday, January 9.
According to a police report the store owner was closing the business at about 5.10pm when the armed men approached her.
“All the three males had firearms and they forced the complainant and her two daughters into the bottle store where they were forced to lie down and the suspects demanded money.
She handed over her bag and was forced to open the till. All of the cash that was in the till was taken.
A lot of bottles of liquor were also taken,” explained police spokesperson Captain JS Sokhela.
No arrests have been made and police are requesting that anyone who has information call the station on 036 342 9525.
