The brutal murder of 84-year-old Hansie Surajpal remains unsolved. Mrs Surajpal, who lived on her own in a house in Maple Crescent, was killed in her home early last month.
She was found by neighbours lying on her bedroom floor, believed to have been strangled to death with her own sarie.
At this stage, no arrests have been made. Police are now appealing to the public to come forward with any information they may have regarding this heinous crime, no matter how small or insignificant it may seem.
