Ladysmith Detective Services are appealing to the community to help identify and trace a person suspected of having committed a housebreaking at a business in Shepstone Road.
On Monday, February 17, at around 1.30pm, a man walked into the business and stole items from various closed offices. The stolen items included a wallet and several cell-phones.
Police have obtained CCTV footage a person that can help them with the investigation (see attached photo).
If you know the identity of the “person of interest” or his whereabouts, you can contact the investigating officer, Constable Phumlani Khumalo, on 036-638-3330 or 073-975-1740. Alternatively, you can visit Const Khumalo at the Ladysmith police station, room 123.
