On Sunday, July 6 a Sahaja Yoga Meditation session was held at Forderville Primary School at 2pm.
The word “Sahaja,” means “born with’, and “Yoga” means “connection to the divine power” within each human being
Sahaja Yoga Meditation allows for a state of deep profound tranquillity and a touching fruitful experience. A few exercises were done to awaken a peaceful bliss of enlightenment and self-realisation. The process focused on inner transformation by which one becomes balanced and united.
