Where are the traffic cops?

This big articulated truck, probably a coal carrier, was seen in town today at about noon. It was turning from Church into President. Big trucks are not allowed into town except for deliveries, so who in town buying all this coal? But this is just one truck. Daily, hourly you can see them travelling in town, bulk carriers like this and timber trucks, fully laden, screwing up Vryheid’s roads. And where are the traffic cops? Who knows.
