Job seekers are warned of a scam currently doing the rounds locally that tricks people into applying for jobs at the Department of Correctional Services.

Nonjabulo Gasa, Glencoe Management Area Communications Officer with the Department, told the Courier that there are currently no  no vacancies available being advertised on entry level.

“Should there be vacancies/posts it will be advertised in recognised newspapers with correct or valid references. Public members are warned not to become victims of job scams.”
