BARRY HERTZOG – Newcastle police are investigating a case of robbery which occurred in Barry Hertzog Park on September 12.
According to police, the victim was walking alone under a bridge, when two unknown men approached him.

One of the suspects allegedly threatened him with a knife and demanded his belongings, before fleeing the scene.
Police are urging anyone with information pertaining to the case to contact them on 034 314 6158/9, or alternatively on 10111.
