Burglars target Vryheid High School

EDUCATORS at Vryheid High School were met with an awful discovery last Friday morning when they found the school’s admin block broken into.

According to the school’s principal Mr Anton le Roux, the incident took place on Thursday evening.

“They cleaned out the admin block computers and there was quiet a lot of damage to the property in the admin room,” said Mr le Roux.

A case was opened at Vryheid SAPS and investigations are currently underway.

“We are very grateful to the police who worked on the scene on Friday collecting evidence. We would be most thankful if the people responsible for this can be brought to book and the stolen equipment can be retrieved,” Mr le Roux went on.

The SAPS are requesting anyone who may have details that could lead to the arrest of the guilty culprits to come forward
