Ladysmith residents who were still without water after the major burst pipe was fixed now have water.
Saffa Street, Kandahar Avenue and Kwaja Street had dry taps due to technical problems. Various areas in and around Acaciavale were without water due to the Ezakheni Water Treatment Plant not working properly.

Glen Singh from uThukela has confirmed that all areas now have water.
The municipality thanks residents for bearing with them, as they did all they could to make sure that water supply was restored to everyone.
