PARADISE – On Wednesday mornings, municipal refuse collectors do the rounds.

While some Paradise residents diligently set out their trash for proper disposal, others are accused of dumping garbage within hours of the municipal service passing by.

Scavengers then tear into refuse bags, creating a sordid mess.

This has left the suburb in a littered state, prompting further action from both concerned residents and the municipality.
