A Parks & Gardens employee was caught red-handed dumping earlier today (June 15).
This after a front-end loader was seen this morning in Viola Road, dumping building material.
An official from the Roads Department found that the rubble was coming from a house in the area and that the person residing at the house is in fact employed by the municipality.
The front-end loader was apparently taken away from work that is currently being done in Centenary Road.
