The Newcastle Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences (FCS) Unit is appealing to members of the community to assist them in locating an unknown female (as pictured).
According to police reports, the woman in the identikit was allegedly linked to an attempted kidnapping, which occurred on June 2.
It is believed the suspect approached a young girl, offering her money.
The suspect then attempted to abduct the girl.
The reason for the attempted kidnapping is still unknown at this stage.
