“As we speak, there is a burst pipe at the corner of EJ Smith Crescent which has been leaking since the weekend. We tried to contact the district municipality, but they were out of reach,” said an angry resident.

Just a few weeks ago, a major burst in Third Avenue left residents without water for the whole day.

They ask why the municipality doesn’t renew the pipeline and put a stop to this problem once and for all.
