Tumisang Senye won the beautifully decorated dog cake donated by Mrs Stork.

Since Nelson Mabaso from the Estcourt Animal Shelter visited Drakensview Primary School, there has been active fund-raising to help the organisation.

The grade sevens organised a cake sale at school and there have been two cake raffles.

The winner of the first raffle was Lwandle Mthembu and Tumisang Senye won the beautifully decorated dog cake donated by Mrs Stork.

Lwandle Mthembu was one of the raffle winners.

An amount of more than R5 000 has been raised for the Estcourt Animal Shelter.
