In local council last week, Mayor, Makhosini Nkosi finally responded to the contentious matter of electricity rates increases.
He said he still stood by increases promised in the Budget Speech.
Responding to questions from the Democratic Alliance, Cllr Nkosi said such complaints were an annual thing.
