Newcastle police are appealing to members of public to come forward with information pertaining to an armed robbery, which occurred at an ATM in Scott Street.
The incident occurred on the early evening of August 2.
According to police reports, the victim went to deposit money at the ATM, and was struck on the back of the head with the barrel of a gun.
Two men and a woman allegedly accused the victim of being the thief, saying the money initially belonged to the woman, before fleeing the scene with the money.
The suspects were driving a Mercedes Benz (NUR 58422) and a green Toyota Avanza.
