This busy section of the central business district now poses a danger for passing motorists, some of whom swerve onto the oncoming lane, despite traffic.

Mornings and afternoons are especially perilous as traffic volumes increase as residents commute to work and school.

The Estcourt News asked Inkosi Langalibalele Local Municipality about when the road repairs would resume but received no response.
