Are sewage troubles bubbling up from beneath?
Three sewage spillages were reported in Ncandu Park and the Newcastle CBD in the past week.
One of these is a repeat of a similar problem in December last year.
The municipality supplied a formal response to the matter on Wednesday morning.
This response attempted to explain the cause of the spillages, and what action was taken.
