Certain areas in and around Ladysmith left without power
The Electricity Department is attending to the affected areas
Parts of Ladysmith have been left without power for many hours.
This morning (September 18), power outages were reported in Danskraal, Limit Hill, Modelkloof and Steadville.
In certain areas, electricity is reported to have come back on and then gone off again.
