Dannhauser SAPS arrested a 19-year-old learner for being in the possession of dagga on Thursday, September 14.
The incident allegedly occurred at Dannhauser Secondary School at about 8.30am.
According to police reports, the suspect was caught after he allegedly sold baked muffins containing dagga, to other learners in the school.
Dannhauser SAPS Corporate Communications and Liaison Officer, Sergeant M.L. Nyembe said the muffins would be sent away for testing.
“I just want to warn students to refrain from selling or buying dagga or any drugs, because they will be arrested. They should rather report any person who is allegedly doing these criminal activities,” he said.
