Mbazo Nkosi is the ANC’s candidate in the Ward 3 by-election today (Wednesday).
In a statement, the ANC said the ‘community chose him and there are no disputes (over his election as a candidate).’
“One of his first tasks, together with the other ANC councillors, will be to demand what happened to the R400 000 which was paid by the department for the processing of title deeds.
“Sithembile needs a person who is dedicated and honest and who is not there for himself but for the people.
“The community does not want people who hold membership of different political parties hoping to become a councillor of whichever party comes to them with the first offer.”
