Dannhauser police are investigating a case of culpable homicide, after 26-year-old Sipho Nene was run over by two motor vehicles on September 24 at about 7.45pm.
According to police reports, the driver of the first vehicle knocked the deceased, causing him to fall onto the road followed by a second vehicle who also drove over him.
Nene was rushed to a nearby clinic where he later succumbed to his injuries.
