Authority over eMadlangeni Municipality is in outside hands – yet again.
A former Municipal Manager, Thembeka Cibane has taken the reigns of Utrecht’s municipality.
However, repeated attempts to communicate with Cibane had proven fruitless.
At the core of the matter is former MM for eMadlangeni Municipality, Gugu Ntshangase.
She was suspended on corruption allegations, pending internal investigations.
AfriForum has since laid 11 charges against her, with the Hawks.
