The family of 34-year-old Nompumelelo Octavia Macu have reported her missing to Ladysmith police.
Miss Macu left her home on July 1. She made her way to Johannesburg to meet up with her boyfriend.
She was in cell-phone contact with her family, but after July 16, she was not heard from again.
