Roaming cattle is a never-ending problem for residents of the Acaciavale area, as well as other areas of Ladysmith.
People are complaining that the cattle are destroying their gardens and making a mess of the neigbourhood.
“Farmers need to keep their cattle in their properties. That’s also the reason why we have so many accidents, because cattle are always on our roads,” said one frustrated resident.
“I feel the municipality needs to fine these farmers or impound the cattle. The law needs to be enforced more,” added the resident.
