Watch: Car bursts into flames at Helpmekaar robots outside Ladysmith, KZN
The owner had to watch as his car slowly caught fire
A light SUV caught fire on the Newcastle road at the Helpmekaar intersection on Sunday morning (October 22).
According to eyewitnesses, the vehicle started smoking before bursting into flames.
The fire department was called to extinguish the blaze.
Firefighters managed to put out the fire within minutes.

However, by the time they arrived, the entire front of the vehicle had been gutted.
