Should Oscar Pistorius’ jail term be lengthened?

Pistorius was sentenced to six years' imprisonment for the murder of Reeva Steenkamp on Valentine's Day 2013

Today (November 3), the Supreme Court of Appeal (SCA) in Bloemfontein is expected to hear the State’s appeal to have Oscar Pistorius’ jail term lengthened.

What are your feelings regarding this issue?

Pistorius was sentenced to six years’ imprisonment for the murder of Reeva Steenkamp on Valentine’s Day 2013.

The athlete was arrested on February 14, 2013, for shooting and killing Steenkamp, whom he was dating.

Some will be thinking that Oscar should be left to serve out the sentence he was handed down, while others believe that a stiffer sentence should be served for a crime as serious as murder. We will have to wait and see what happens in court today!
