A taxi driver was shot and killed on Thursday (November 30) in the Pieters area near Ladysmith.
The man has been identified as 44-year-old Owakhe Enock Gamede.
Gamede was shot while driving a minibus.

Police say he was discovered with gunshot wounds.
Gamede was taken for medical treatment and was later pronounced dead.
Ezakheni police are currently investigating a case of murder.
