The suspect in the matter regarding a mother and son who were shot dead in the Ezintendeni area appeared in court on Friday, January 19, where bail was refused.
On Wednesday, January 3, Weenen police were alerted to a shooting in the Ezintendeni area. On arrival at the scene, the officers discovered the bodies of a 45-year-old mother and her 15-year-old son.
