A warning goes out to Ladysmith residents that their water supply will be turned off in areas receiving water from the Ezakheni Water Treatment Plant.
uThukela say they will be carrying out emergency maintenance at the plant.
This will result in the district municipality not being able to produce water at full capacity.
Water supply will be closed off at 3am tomorrow (Wednesday) morning and is expected to be back again on Thursday (February 1) after the maintenance is complete.
