After almost a decade, the municipality is bringing back parking meters.
Motorists understand the struggle of finding parking in the CBD.

According to Mayor, Makhosini Nkosi, the procurement of new meters was almost finalised.
He called the current lack of meters to date an embarrassment.
“Indeed we have to hang our heads in shame about that.”
The decision to revisit metered parking was based around the concept of creating a better business environment.
