No arrests have been made as yet for the underground robbery that took place on February 13 in the CBD area.
Police say the case is still under investigation.
It is believed that the criminals used the drainage system and dug a hole into the building to gain access.
An undisclosed amount of cash and goods were stolen from the supermarket.
The CCTV footage in the building was deleted by the suspects.

Ladysmith K9 Unit officers searched the area and the drainage system, and found the entry point where the suspects got into the drains.
The robbers failed to get into the ATM machine in the store.
