An Environmental Authorisation process got underway recently.
This process relates to the proposed establishment of the Amajuba Private Hospital in the Equarand area.
If approved, the hospital could provide another 130-odd beds for patients.
The Newcastle Advertiser spoke with the relevant environmental consultant this week.
Dan Mkhwanazi is also Chief Executive Officer of Environmental Agency, a consulting, advisory and audit firm.
The company operates in the fields of environmental/ water resource management, occupational health and safety.
