The Small Enterprise Development Agency (SEDA) Coaching Programme (SECP), recently presented a workshop at the Newcastle Farmers Hall, which was hosted by Qualitech coach, John Chiume.

The day focused on giving a brief overview on the 10-month-long project, intended to help small to medium enterprise businesses develop.
They did so by teaching business owners proper managerial skills, financial skills, quality control aspects, product marketing and how to stay motivated, as well as problem solving skills.

Programme Director, Unathi Wana welcomed the guests and introduced all the guest speakers before the workshop was opened with a prayer.
SEDA Provincial Manager, Cedric Mnguni gave a brief overview of the SECP and thanked all stakeholders for their support throughout the programme, and also thanked coach, John Chiume for his help and motivation.
He mentioned SEDA had invested around R4.2-million into the programme, as a means of creating a platform for participants to network, address problems and strategic methods of solving problems faced by small and medium businesses.
