Putrid sewage overflows in Rolland Hellet Road

A resident from the area says that once the leak is reported, it is repaired and starts pouring putrid sewage a few days later

In Rolland Hellet Road residents and passers-by are wrinkling their noses in disgust.

This is due to a neglected sewer leak that has been plaguing the area for, according to one resident, four weeks.
Last week there were two sewage leas on this road.

She says that one of the leaks was left neglected for four weeks and her concern is that the bacteria-laden water and filth is flowing into the storm water drains and inevitably into the rivers.
