The Communication Department advised that the use of street light poles or bridges for political party posters is only allowed ahead of elections or voter registration.
The municipality is mindful of the posters on the bridge and says that it a party fails to remove the posters 14 days after the election/registration, R30 is charged for the removal of each poster.
