Municipal electricians have found the source of the electrical problem which has left residents without power since this morning (April 3).
A switch has blown at the sub-station in Convent Road.
Electricians are currently attending to the problem at the sub-station.

It is uncertain at this stage when power will be restored to the affected areas. Thus far, the areas affected are Hospital Park, Van Riebeeck Park, Old Golf Course and parts of the CBD.
