On Sunday, April 22, sometime between 10.30am and 12.15pm, a residential premises was allegedly broken into in Surat Road.
Valuables including jewellery, clothing and cameras were allegedly stolen.
A case of housebreaking and theft was opened at Ladysmith police station.
At this stage, no arrests have been made.

Numerous house robberies and break-ins are currently taking place all over town.
