5-year-old raped at Forderville ground, community assaults suspect

A five-year-old girl from a local primary school was raped inside the abandoned, filthy buildings at the Forderville ground yesterday at about 2pm

A five-year-old girl from a local primary school was raped inside the abandoned, filthy buildings at the Forderville ground yesterday at about 2pm.

Reports from witnesses on scene said that a man had led the grade R child inside the building where he proceeded to rape her.

Passers-by who saw the man allegedly stopped and assaulted him.

Within minutes a crowd had gathered and according to one eye witness ‘dished it out to him.’

Police were called and Constable Dlamini responded within minutes.

The man was arrested.

A source says that after the rape, the child unknowingly jumped into her taxi and was taken home.

The taxi driver was called and agreed to bring the child and her parents back to the school.
