Mayor Mbatha to appear in court

The Mayor is all smiles as he appears in court

Endumeni Mayor, Richard Mbatha, will again appear in the Estcourt Magistrate’s Court today.

The Mayor and the two other accused,  Estcourt Councillor, Mthembeni Majola and the alleged hitman, Xolani ‘Shorty’ Makhathini are charged with two counts of conspiracy to commit murder.

The trio were granted bail of R2 000 each.

The Mayor is in good spirits and all smiles in the courtroom.
