Well done to the MLS Estcourt Primary grade R class

Learners recited a poem on road safety and the event concluded with the learners dancing gracefully to entertain the crowd

It was a day of excitement, anxiety and pride as the ML Sultan Estcourt Primary School grade R class of 2018 graduated on November 22. Parents were in awe as learners walked gracefully down the aisle in the graduation gown, cap and hood.

The Programme Director, Ms JDS Gwala addressed parents. Mrs Osman, Deputy Principal, welcomed the parents and well-wishers to the annual graduation. She reminded parents of the key role they play as partners in education.
The Principal, Mr DH Zuma, thanked parents for their support and motivated parents to become actively involved.
Parents cheered as Mrs Ramdeen, Foundation Phase Departmental Head, called each learner to collect the trophy and certificate.
The pre-school educators, Ms NC Ngcobo and Ms F Peersaib moved the vote of thanks.

They thanked Ms Happy Duma for her assistance at the pre-school, Mrs FH Makhathini for making the graduation caps and to parents for all their co-operation and support.
