Arbor Park athletes bring home the medals

On November 24, seven athletes from Arbor Park Primary represented the KZN Athletics Team at the Athletics South-Africa (ASA) Inter-provincial Championships in Potchefstroom.

Siyamthanda Ndaba won a gold medal in the 60m sprint for Boys u/7. Mnelisi Gamede won a silver medal in the Boys u/13 200m hurdles and top ten position in the long jump and 200m sprint.

Ndumiso Mthombeni took home a bronze medal in the Boys u/13 80m hurdles.

Tumi Thusi achieved a top ten position in the Girls u/11 long jump.

“Arbor Park Primary is very proud of these athletes,” said a representative of the school.
