Whilst it is true that our pupils put in a magnificent effort, it is equally true that our dedicated team of teachers worked exceptionally hard (and sweated in some cases!) to ensure these excellent results. In particular, I would like to commend our outgoing Academic Head, Craig Legge, and our grade 12 Head, Joelle Bebb, for their overall management of the grade 12 academic strategy.

Apart from the outstanding individual achievements, a total of 77 subject distinctions were obtained.

This year’s top achiever is Bridget Stone with seven distinctions and an average of 88.3 percent.
Andrew Neave achieved an average of 86.3 percent. with six distinctions and Barrie Ferreira achieved an average of 83.9 percent with six distinctions.

Three of our pupils were placed in the top one percent. of the IEB candidates for their subject results.
They are Tasmin Reed – Mathematical Literacy 96 percent, Bridget Stone – Afrikaans First Additional Language 92 percent and Andrew Neave – Life Sciences 92 percent.
