Special voting began in earnest at Eventide on Monday ahead of the National Elections on Wednesday.

Residents were eager to mark their mark and make their voices heard when they got a chance to cast their vote ahead of time.

Judith le Roux, a longtime resident of Glencoe, said she was extremely grateful to the IEC for allowing them the opportunity to vote ahead of time.
