SAPS top brass makes his mark

Colonel Bhekuyise Ndlovu was among the locals who cast their special vote on Monday (May 6).

Col Ndlovu applied for a special vote, as he and other members of SAPS countrywide would be busy on May 8, ensuring safety of voters casting their ballots at the various voting stations in and around Vryheid.

He said he hopes his vote will make a difference, in terms of service delivery.
